  • THE FOUNDER: ASHTON ROARK

    After a life-altering car accident, Ashton Roark didn't look for a quick fix—she looked for the science of recovery.

    Coming out of the Los Angeles ecosystem—with a background spanning Equinox training, Lagree, TRX, Barre, and digital-first instruction—Ashton didn't just learn how to train bodies; she learned how to rebuild them. She brought that high-performance blueprint to Nashville with a clear objective: to provide the tools that facilitated her own restoration.

    She wasn't interested in following the pack; she was interested in creating a new standard. As the visionary behind Nashville’s first Power Plate studio—placing the city among the elite few in the U.S. to host this technology—and the spark that lit the Hot Pilates fire, she has spent her career defining the movement.

  • THE METHOD

    We don’t do "traditional" Pilates; we do movement that actually works. By stripping away the stale conventions of the industry and replacing them with a personal trainer’s focus, we’ve built a method that treats every body as a unique project. Whether you’re a pro or stepping into the room for the first time, we don’t care where you start—we care that you learn how to move with intent. Using functional training protocols and body-sculpting science, we push your muscles into a sustained afterburn. Through controlled heart rates, aggressive time-under-tension, and meticulously curated transitions, we don't just move; we manipulate your physiology for real-world results. This is high-performance, personalized, and designed for you to leave Drenched AF.

  • Respect is the foundation of this space. To maintain the environment we’ve built, we require all members to adhere to the following standards. Please read these carefully—they are not suggestions.

    PUNCTUALITY & ACCESS

    • Doors Lock at Start Time: Your class begins exactly when the clock hits the scheduled time. If you are not on your mat or at your station when the door locks, you are considered a no-show.

    • Late Arrivals: There are no exceptions for late arrivals. Once the session is in progress, the door remains closed to protect the experience of those inside. Please do not knock!

    • The Waitlist: If you cannot make your scheduled class, you are responsible for removing yourself from the booking ahead of time. This is not a conversation—if you don't show, you forfeit the spot. Late fees are strictly enforced and non-negotiable.

    THE ESSENTIALS

    • Grip Socks: Grip socks are mandatory for every session. No exceptions. We highly recommend keeping a pair in your car or bag so you’re never caught without them. If you arrive unprepared, you will be required to purchase a pair at the studio.

    • Equipment: We provide everything required for your session. You are welcome to bring your own Hot Pilates towel, but it is not required.

    ACCOUNTABILITY

    • Class Packs: Deadlines are deadlines. Manage your expiration dates accordingly. We do not extend, pause, or refund expired packs.

    • Conduct: This is a place of mutual respect. We expect you to treat fellow members and our instructors with professionalism at all times.

    • The Rules: Our instructors are here to guide your movement, not to manage negotiations. Do not ask them to bend the rules; they are empowered to enforce them without exception.
