Our signature Hot Pilates class delivers a mat-based experience crafted with intentional programming aimed at effectively aligning and sculpting your body.

  • We utilize red light therapy and infrared heat to help detoxify and alleviate stress from both your body and mind, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and empowered.

  • Each session wraps up with a sound bowl to reset your nervous system, ensuring you depart feeling balanced and revitalized.

Hot Pilates is available in three distinct formats, referred to as Heart, Strength, & Soul. The Heart format incorporates a cardio element with sequences aimed at boosting your heart rate, while the Soul aspect focuses on stretching and features more soothing sound bowls for added relaxation.

Athletic Reformer

Athletic Reformer combines traditional reformer Pilates with bodybuilding for a unique workout experience. It integrates classical Pilates principles with high-intensity athletic conditioning, targeting functional strength and sculpted precision.

  • Slow, controlled movements to maintain continuous muscle tension.

  • Minimal breaks to elevate heart rates, providing a cardiovascular workout.

  • Muscle "shakes" indicating intensity and muscle exhaustion.

  • Variable resistance on the reformer allows customization for all fitness levels.

Expect a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout lasting 45 minutes that challenges strength, endurance, and focus.

Recovery Massages [Vibration]

Taking time for self-care is essential, and we seamlessly integrate it into your weekly program. Enjoy a 20-minute lymphatic massage on the power plate, complemented by an infrared heated massage gun treatment. Additionally, some of our recovery classes conclude with a mini stretch session on the reformer.
